I had a phone screening interview with a recruiter to begin with that covered all the bases and also gave me time to talk about who I am and my experience. It was down-to-earth and comfortable, but also very thorough. My follow-up in-person interview at the office was a really great experience. The office environment gives a good impression, and I met with two people - one person remotely. I really liked that the technology in their office supported a smooth and efficient in-person and remote interview experience. The interview was casual and comfortable, and the questions asked were to make sure I was a good fit culturally, in addition to ensuring I had the expertise to do the job successfully.
