The recruiter only have standard level questions. The 2nd and 3rd interviews are more behavioral. However, I felt like I knew more than the person interviewing me. The response time was awful especially when they have decided to go in another direction. The feedback was not intentional by generic.

Lengthy! Entire interview process, from initial phone interview to offer took 4 months and 13 interviews. I began interviewing in early January and accepted the job in April. I think there is some improvement that can be made to speed up the interview process.
