It was literally the worst interview experience I’ve ever had in my life. What started out as normal, with an email from a recruiter, a panel interview, a performance task, and multiple rounds of one-on-ones, turned into a circus. I was told by the final interviewer that I’d be a better fit for a position that hadn’t yet been listed and that my experience would be much better placed there. I waited a few weeks for them to reach out, had the interview with the hiring manager, only to find that I was starting the interview process all over again, and given yet another performance task that took four hours…like the previous one. They literally managed to get 8 hours of free work out of me, continuously gave me the run around, sent me through 10 rounds of interviews, sold me on not one but TWO positions, and then sent me and email stating they went with someone else for BOTH positions.

The interview process at CA was great and informative and helped me make a decision that this was the right company and position for me. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming, kind, and understanding and my 5 virtual interviews felt more like conversations than traditional interviews. This process did take a long time (over a month from my application being submitted to the time of my offer), but I think this was actually a positive because I felt so confident by the end of it.
