The interview process took exactly one month from when I was first contacted to when I received my offer. I had one phone interview and then four subsequent Zoom interviews. I was constantly kept in the loop about the process and the next steps. Everyone I met with was genuinely interested in myself and my background as an educator.

The interview process was a series of phone and video calls with members of the team at various levels - all the way up to Senior Vice Presidents! I felt that the interview process was fair and comprised of authentic dialogue. Interviewers always reserved time at the end for me to ask questions. The process was well timed with a final offer given approximately one month after submitting my application.
