The interview process took nearly three months just to make it to stage 3, and I did not get past stage 3. I felt as though I was not valued during the interview process and it felt like they were just stringing me along without any rhyme or reason. I will be taking my job search elsewhere.

The interview process was very straight forward and conversational. The process involved 1 screening call with the hiring manager, 1 task interview (virtual) with the managers of Professional Learning and 2 interviews with members of the Professional Learning Department (included 1 VP). The performance task required the facilitation of a 10-15 PD session. Interviewers were looking for engagement and strong facilitation skills. Questions during each interview were mainly situational and require you to lean on your experience to respond. Interviewers are assessing how you will fit into your role and if you model the company values as an educator. Drivers license is mandatory for this position.
