Interviewer: Engineering Director 3. Tech interview focused on project management and team leadership. Interviewers: Engineering Manager and Software Engineer 4. Culture fit interview focused on leadership style. Interviewer: Engineering Director 5. Final interview focused on Current Health mission and values alignment. Interviewer: CTO I really enjoyed meeting the team, everyone was very friendly and easy to talk with. The interviews felt more like a chat where both parts are invested in. Although I didn't accept the offer, I am very grateful for their interest. From what I experienced during the hiring process, I see Current Health as a company with a good culture where people care for each other's wellbeing and their growth as well as the success of the company. I see Current Health as a place where I could work in the future.
