I submitted my resume based on a job posting from my school website, scheduled an in-person interview through email. The interview with two of the partners was fairly casual (although dress was formal), we discussed my resume, my interest in the position and the usual. I didn't seem to get too much feedback during the session and though when I asked when I would hear back, they said within a week, I never heard back from them.
