Applied online for the role Received an email from a recruiter asking if I'm open to relocation (role was based in Albany NY) and if I was vaccinated against COVID-19 or not (both of which I was okay with) The recruiter then set some time up for us to talk the following week. Called 5 mins later than the scheduled time and did not even acknowledge it. Then directly went into my experience, what I was looking for etc. and hardly gave me an opportunity to ask questions about the role. Gave a very brief description of what the company does but just kept asking me about my resume, and mentioned at least twice that this would be on site although I was not able to get an answer as to WHY it would be on site and what was required of me from the role. Finally, when it came to salary, the figure mentioned was at least $20-30k less than that of a program manager in the Albany area. Overall not a great experience as they expect someone to come on site, not offer a competitive package and barely mention what the role would entail
