The interview process itself was about a week, but the actual interviewing process was extra long for no reason. First, I did a phone interview with the Recruiter. She thought I would be a good fit for the position so I did a video conference call with the Department Director the following Monday. When I passed that, they had me do a writing exercise that included 5 scenario questions. When the Director ok'd my answers, I went in for an in-person interview. I thought I would be interviewing with just the manager, maybe the Director again. But no. I had to do 4 seperate interviews with the whole department. First in-person interview was with the department manager, second interview was with the Communications Manager, third interview was with two potential team members and last interview was with two more potential team members. It was annoying because they all asked me the same questions. And then they threw in "fun" questions that were basically annoying at that point because I was ready to be out of there by the end. It took two full hours of my time. It doesn't take a a long process of interviewing and every person in the company to know if you want a candidate or not. Who has time for that?
