Curative first reached out via email to arrange a phone screening. Call was about 25 minutes and was just a general interview going over things about yourself and your experience. I thought the call was productive and was optimistic that I would get a callback for a second interview. After a week I didn't hear anything back and reached out about my application status and they informed they did not want to proceed.
