I applied online and then got called for a screening interview. Once I passed the screening I had two more interviews. The first interview I met the president and we discussed what my responsibilities would be and how I felt about them. I got called back for another interview and met with the partner (at that time) and we discussed how I could benefit the company and help it grow. I was offered a position and we negotiated a price. I started the following week.
