      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Culligan (Rosemont, IL) en août 2023

      Entretien

Overall the process was disappointing, by the end of it it felt like they just stringed me along. Anyone I’ve spoken to about this experience have felt the same in which they’ve never heard of a company who calls references and by the end of it decide to still not offer you the position. Process began with HR who communicated via LinkedIn. Next was followed up with an interview with the hiring manager, where she described the overall process. She mentioned that I’d be speaking with 2 additional team mates and potentially a third (it ended up being 3 additional interviews) Next, we followed up with a 1.5 hour long interview dating back with your work history all the way from high school. This interview got rescheduled 3 separate times on THEIR end because they couldn’t align timing which is an incredible inconvenience on the candidates part as keep in mind this was an hour and a half long. Several of the questions in this interview felt incredibly repetitive and not relevant to the job itself, as I’m not sure anyone even remembers most of their experience from high school but a day later they decided they wanted to move forward with my references. They required 2 previous direct supervisor interviews and 1 indirect supervisor. They were strict in that they wanted phone numbers, emails, titles and years associated. They contacted all 3 of my references all of which got back to me with positive overall feedback from the call. I followed up with HR (again via LinkedIn) asking if they needed additional information and I didn’t hear back. 4 days later I finally got confirmation that they had moved forward with another candidate. After the disappointing news I asked if there was any feedback to which they responded twice, with the same message, except the first time they got my name wrong.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Projects I had worked on in my current role. Project management skills. What tools do you use? What was the biggest accomplishment you had in college? Biggest regret? Why did you leave your job (ALL OF THEM dating back from high school)
