The interview process at Cullen Jewellery was genuinely one of the best I have experienced. From the very beginning it felt thoughtful warm and aligned with their values. Communication was clear and timely and I truly felt like they were as invested in getting to know me as I was in learning about them. Meeting the team in person gave me a strong sense of the culture they are building and their deep care for employee wellbeing and experience. Even though I did not receive an offer I walked away feeling incredibly grateful and respected throughout the journey.
