First interview with Global Proposal Manager, a screening interview 35 minute zoom chat, with a brief review of my background, work history and reasons for my interest within the advertised position. On second stage I meet with other members of the organisation Business Development Director and Regional Head of Bids, those who you will potentially be working closely with.
