Initial outreach through company recruiting on LinkedIn. After the screening call there was an onsite interview with both founders. The offer came through relatively fast. The process was quite smooth.

Got approached by Cubemos HH and had an initial call since the salary range indicated in JD was good.
However, after the second stage with one of founders, unfortunately I didnt get any feedback. And since I was headhunted by them I see it as a rather unprofessional behaviour.
Couldnt get an answer on whats their USP since there are tons of companies in sustainability domain in Europe.
