I was recruited by the owner of one of the stores bought by CubeSmart. He was very pleasant to deal with and through him, I was hired to work at a store that was a short commute vs. the 45+ minute commute (each way).

First a tele intro 2nd a Teams meeting, job description and 20 20 ?s. Interviewer wanted to know how best you would fit in the company and why would you want to work for Cubesmart. Easy process, went well.
