I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. The entire process was fast and well-organized, taking less than a month from start to finish, and the recruiter was extremely responsive and clear at every stage.
The process included three interviews, an assessment, and a case study using sample data. The interviews were conducted with HR, the Data Team Lead for the technical round, and the cofounder, Sarab. Each step was relevant, structured, and thoughtfully designed, making the process both efficient and meaningful.
Overall, it was a smooth and respectful experience that clearly reflects how well the company values candidates’ time and effort.

Entretien
The recruitment process consisted of three interview stages. The first interview focused mainly on my work experience, including my previous responsibilities, projects, and the type of work I handled in my past role.
The second interview included a Python-based coding task that assessed my ability to analyze data, validate data quality, and check the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the dataset.
The final interview involved a case study designed to evaluate my analytical thinking, business understanding, and ability to interpret market trends and provide data-driven insights.
