HR Interview. Interviewer was woefully unprepared and spent more time reading my CV in the actual call than asking questions. The questions they did ask - regarding myself - could have been discovered by actually reading my CV. Although prefixing my answers with "Yes as seen on my CV..." probably did not help. Interviewer also demonstrated a lack of understanding of how the industry works and spent a lot of time in the interview poking their eye. I get tired too but I have a coffee if I need one, especially before a formal meeting. I had heard good things about crypto.com back in 2022 - perhaps standards have slipped since then.
