During the interview process, I completed three rounds of interviews with HR, the Design Director, and the Design Manager. However, the overall process lacked clarity regarding the purpose, evaluation criteria, and decision-making role of each stage. The interview flow and expectations were not clearly communicated, which made it difficult to prepare effectively and resulted in a fragmented and frustrating interview experience.
