I applied for the position on linkedin and was contacted by the recruiter after almost a month. I could only book a slot with recruiter after 2 weeks as that was the only available date. The call was simple and i was told that i will get a link and need to take a karat technical assessment. Also one can re-take the same. I took the interview after a few days. Karat immediately delivered my results to the company and told I would be contacted by recruiter, I didnt get any response from the recruiter even after 2 follow-ups. Not even rejection email.
