Over one month I had three interviews. 1) Spoke with Tiffany Rabara from HR. I cannot say enough good things about her. Hands down the most proactive and helpful HR person I have had the pleasure of working with in 15 years. This interview was a bit more high level, having me walk through my work history and portfolio and answering a few questions about what I was looking for in a job. 2) Spoke with hiring manager/VP of Marketing Julia Renda. Dove into more of my work history and my creative process. Discussed my experience speaking to different fandoms. 3) Presented to the team for 1 hr, and had (3) 30-minute interviews with those members. I was given a one week project that I presented on a fictional product. After walking through it, I individually interviewed with different team members from different departments. The following week, they made the offer.
