J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Crunchyroll (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2017
Entretien
I was messaged by a recruiter on LinkedIn who told me that the hiring manager was very interested in my background and that they would like to set up an interview.
I had a phone interview, and the recruiter said it was their first week, and after talking for 20 minutes they said they really liked my background, and that they would forward my information to the hiring manager. A few hours after there were questions the recruiter neglected to ask, and followed up with me about them over email. It has been about a month and I have not heard back since I followed up with the answers to the additional questions.
Based on the awful reviews from past employees on glassdoor, it sounds like the culture is not good here. The recruiter who reached out to me could have said "I think you would be a good fit for this position." Instead of lying that the hiring manager was already interested. They probably were desperate to meet a quota to look good in their first week, and I consider it offensive.

Had an initial call with a recruiter who explain the process. Then we moved forward with a coding interview with 3 exercises (easy, medium, hard), but they tell you that you're not expected to solve all them. After that they just ghosted me and didn't give a reason, totally unprofessional.
