The interview process was very quick. Did a phone call with a recruiter and a few days later talked with the hiring manager. Last step was to do a take home assessment.

Screening call, followed by call to complete data exercise, followed by an informational interview. Process moved pretty slowly, and they ultimately ended up giving no offer with no explanation or suggestion for improvement. Asked for feedback and never received a response. Company culture seemed young and easy-going, but the process was slightly disorganized.
