Really nice tour and interview about job role. The crazy aspects were: - texting communications were the only outreach - filled our app online to fill out again via paper app on-site - no follow up despite a promise to do so within a day and several texts asking for a decision (had a positive interview, at least from where I was sitting)

Ridiculous ones where I was to read from a screen the correct answers right in front of me.
They are fair with hiring and explain that the business, and your success in it, come down to you. If someone feels like they are a self-starter then this is for you.

Entretien
The Interview was conducted with great enthusiasm, which in my experience has most always been the case due to my personal passion for the "Health and Fitness Industry." The interview was conducted first by introduction of course and then proceeded to take its natural course of questions, starting from what I was looking for in a position of employment.
