Interview was super relaxed. Just asked basic questions about myself and my background. Very little actual questions about the job itself or what it would require. Just be prepared to be mostly working as a salesperson rather than a "trainer" for a while.
Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
