Robert Burke called me on the phone and asked some basic questions. Then they set me up a date and time to come down. I met with some of the other people on the team. Then met with the head of the team and the chief actuary. They set me facing a window with their back to the window. I was very nervous and at one point I looked at the window for a second and the interviewer was like that really rude I am not sitting there you must look at me the whole time.
