I applied to one of the Software Engineer role on their Careers site and was contacted by a recruiter the same day if I was interested in one of their New Grad roles.
I had the best interview experience by far among all the companies I interview with.
1. ) Initial HackeRrank challenge - straightforward and no deadline to complete.
2. ) Phone interview - shared code editor (CoderPad) with a brief discussion about my experience and a coding question (required compilation and execution)
3. ) On-site interviews - 3 hours of on-site interviews at their SF office with a short wrap-up discussion with the recruiter. Whiteboard coding involved in all.
Overall, the recruiting process was very impressive (the "Thank You" card was a really nice touch) - the recruiter was very prompt with the responses and in setting up interviews at each stage. The interviewers were highly skilled and made me comfortable throughout the process. It was more like a conversation than a Q&A. Everyone was happy to answer any queries I had.
I got the decision the next day itself. I accepted the offer because they're working on really cool problems and the offer itself was very competitive.

The first round was a technical screening where I got to know more about the company and engaged the recruiter in topics I knew about Cruise.
The second round was a technical question that was focused primarily on DFS/BFS.
