I was being interviewed for the role of Sr. React JS Developer. The interview process was easy. First was an HR discussion followed by a technical round & assignment. Then, a discussion with the CEO. All the interviews went really well & I was looking forward to the conclusion of the interview process. I was waiting for the email for around 3-4 days. Then I decided to drop them a mail so as to update me on the result of the process. There was no reply for the same. Finally, I decided to call the HR & they said that they had issues with my experience as I've been working along with my college and they only consider years after graduation. This should have been conveyed to me in the 1st round itself so as to save time from both ends. I find this really unprofessional & would suggest you to work on the same.
