First State: Assessment from Hirebridge.com Second Stage: Face to face interview to a team leader and a chief of architecture Final State: Face to face interview to team leaders and a product owner, meet the whole team and talk to the chief of architecture

After completing a numerical,verbal and non verbal reasoning test, I was invited to interview with the Chief Architect and a Team Leader. Although this was a technical interview, programming questions were done orally, although there were whiteboards if needed. Also involved some exploring of my GitHub account and descriptions of past work. A second round interview was a week later and involved more interview questions with three team leaders, including some technical issues and some more standard interview questions. Then a meeting with team members from the dev teams and operations to get to know them.
