I was called for a telephone interview, however this varies between stores as each one runs differently. The interview was very relaxed and easy - the questions were mainly about previous experience and what you could offer the company... experience in target driven environments etc. Trade counter experience would definitely help, however I was still offered the job due to experience in a retail environment. The process from start to finish took 2 weeks in total. The manager actually did more talking than I did and it didn't even feel like an interview.
