The sales manager will call you multiple times, you will then have an in person interview with the sales manager and branch manager which will be followed up by the "Caliper" test that they will base all hiring decisions on, the second interview will include the branch manager, sales manager, and regional sales manager, and will consist of all the same questions, followed by drug testing and a full physical. Be prepared for a lengthy hiring process where they will delay hiring by weeks waiting for multiple approvals from different levels of management. Even after you are hired, your start date will be delayed waiting for another group of "new hires"

The interview process was straightforward and had only a few steps. First was the screener, then the managers, then the branch manager. Then an offer was provided after a couple of weeks.

Very turned off. Interview started with 3 people in a hotel lobby, all 3 people seemed unprepared for the interview and one of the 3 people were not even asking questions. Also, I was planning on 30 -45 minute interview and after they asked me to complete an hour long test! Complete joke, the test was redundant and asked the same questions dozens and dozens of times over again along with math formulas. I ended up just clicking to get through, 161 questions. Finally they gave me a urine cup and told me that if they called me I would have to take a drug screening. Seemed like a circus and clown show and I hope they don't call me. Interview for me was a waste of time and uninformative.
