it was a interview that tested the technical thought process, requesting previous experiences that show how you accurately perform troubleshooting and repairs to mechanical and electrical equipment. i thought it was a good way of selecting those that actually knew how to perform the operational tasks.

Expectations of the job duties are explained well. Mechanical aptitude needs to be demonstrated. Pay rate is negotiable. There is alot asked of There employees but good benefits and management is easy to work with.
