Have 2 rounds of interviews virtually with different seniors currently working in different locations. Very approachable. There are no carve ball questions. Standard behavior question, very personal and related Watch out for different time zone when you are scheduling the interview.

I had 4 phone interviews because I did not live near an office . The recruiter who had contacted me initially was very helpful and kept me updated on the process without me having to ask. The 3 managers I spoke with were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking to expand on my operations experience and I ultimately was not chosen because I had no consulting background.
