I interviewed with Crowe as part of the college recruiting process. The interview consisted of 2 separate thirty minute interviews with two different members of the audit team. The interview consisted of behavior based questions such as, "describe a time when...". The questions focused on times where leadership was shown and cases of working on teams.

Straightforward behavior based questions, no technical interviewing required. Mostly looking to see if your a good fit personality wise. Be sure to know how to answer questions related to your previous experience and how they relate.

Three round behavior questions without technical questions. Very conversational with partners and manager. Each takes about 30 mins to 1 hour. It was an internship program then you will receive a full-time offer after that.
Incredibly friendly and personable. I appreciated that the interview felt like a conversation. It made the experience fantastic. It is most important for them to find the right cultural fit.
