Not an interview; you submit writing samples. If you pass the initial writing sample screening, you're given access to the Work Station, but you have to continue to complete skills assessments for writing, editing, quality control, transcription, and others. As you submit work, you're given access to additional assessments that, if passed, will grant you access to more work.
