There are 2 separate interviews. During the first interview they would ask about your past work experience, strengths, weaknesses, etc and you’ll also be required to sort through a bin of clothes and answer questions. The second interview process is basically about your availability and more in depth questions.

The process starts with an initial phone screening interview first which is then followed by an in-person interview at the given store's location if they want to move on with the hiring process.
