The process didn’t work and I want able to progress through the assessments.
I had to raise a service ticket and was advised that I had to redo the assessment.
The whole process takes around 3 hours and includes some pretty extensive online assessments that wouldn’t really assist to determine good candidates. It’s a good idea but poorly executed and having a completely AI driven recruitment process is probably a bad idea.

Series of cognitive tests. I applied and 5 stars on my aptitude and knowledge. I got rejected because the AI doing my screening says I can not speak English well enough. I am a native, US born full Citizen and have never been told my communication skills have been ineffective. Weird way to filter out your applicants. Lost one of your strongest candidates and can not even speak to a person to rectify it.
