Hello and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you felt that we were trolling you for free ideas, which is not the case. These tests, while intensive, are designed to produce top candidates for our hiring managers to review and interview. We work with Fortune 1000 companies all over the country who expect talent to hit the road running and we can only provide that talent if we have found the best of the best. Our test, while more intensive, is no different than any testing that is done to ensure that folks have the skills that they claim to have. If we took everyone's word for it, we would be wasting a lot of time. Given an opportunity to complete and pass the testing, and provided the hiring manager felt you were a good fit, your due wage would have been no problem as we pride ourselves on paying higher than average wages.
