Entretien
Recruiter contacted through LinkedIn.
First Round: Quick 30 min with recruiter
Second Round: 2.5 - 3 hour onsite with team.
i. hour long pair programming with one of their principal software engineer.
ii. hour long technical/discussion with their data team.
iii. 30 min call with their VP. Mostly Behavior and leadership based question on past experience.
Overall it was good and smooth experience till interview process and then starts the long wait and that wait never ended. It seems this company has habit of ghosting(as mentioned in some other reviews as well) their candidates when they don't get any point to reject. Tried following up with recruiter thrice but he never came back.
I don't understand why can't they value the time of candidates. Every company's recruiter will try to say goodies about their company but these are few parameters which speaks a lot about the company culture.
