J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cross River Bank (Jerusalem) en nov. 2025
Entretien
For a senior position, I would expect an interview process that better assesses actual abilities and experience.
This was basically "if you spend enough time on Leetcode you'll pass". Same kind of thing I'd expect from a junior interview where there's nothing real-life to talk about. It wasn't bad, but it felt like the company was missing the opportunity to really get to know what a candidate could do for them.

Entretien
It was a standard cordial HR interview.
The interviewer was nice and explained clearly what they are looking for and the benfits of working there.
They did warn me that they take themselves very seriously and that their intake process is "very tough Leetcode style" .
Ultimately they turned me down for reasons not known to me.

Recruiter, Hiring Manager, then pair interview from potential teammates.
When asking about my background and experience, the hiring manager specifically asked about my experience with NServiceBus & Terraform, which I noted I didn't have any of, but I am always happy to get/have to learn something new and useful quickly.
During the pair interview, many questions were asked and problems given, and I excelled at all, though towards the end, one of the interviewers asked about my experience with NServiceBus & Terraform... to which I said the same as before, I'm always happy to get/have to learn new things quickly.
Later rejected, seemingly inexplicably at first.
When I dug later, I was told that it was my lack of NServiceBus & Terraform experience which was the deciding factor. Something the hiring manager knew from day one, and yet they decided to waste my time for 2 hours regardless.
