Pro side - It was a paid interview Cons - It took too much time. They set you up like a team member and give you access and a comrad aka buddy. Mine was okay. I completed every task and review great (based on feedback). Then I was told I didn't move on right before spending two days working on a take home project (again only plus was I was paid for my time). Right as I contacted my comrad to submit my assignment I received a rejection email before I even had a chance to present it.

It was a paid interview. It showed what it was like to work at the company. Access to systems, slack, assignments. It felt very informal. Like they wanted to see if you could follow directions with minimal personalization. I passed the tasks but felt off when speaking with people directly. I received excellent feedback on my tasks and then a random rejection email before I was supposed to submit the final project (of like 4).
