Couple of interviews with HR type folks, followed by what they call the Paid Interview (basically an assignment which takes around 10 hours), and finally a "mock client call". I think this is the last step but who knows, may be they ask for references and have the references also go through another mock interview process.
Like they mention almost EVERYWHERE, yes, they pay you for your time. (which they should). The interview process is well documented. They are very proud of it.
I think part of the reason they follow this process is to remind the current employees that there are a lot of other people willing to do their jobs. It is a psychological weapon worth the few hundred bucks they pay out. When you see potential new hires show up on Slack every week, it keeps you on your toes.
Other than that, it seems an ok place. Very serious though. Like all the kids at school who never got invited to the party started a company. No joking around here. If you make a mistake, they will send letters to your parents.
Overall I liked the interview process. They do not do things the traditional way phone calls and interviews. They basically hire you on a trial period and you go through tasks that are designed to mimic the real work environment. The people I talked to were pleasant and enjoyable. I did not get an offer, but had a good experience anyways.

The interview process is like no other. You have complete transparency into the company and you get paid to interview. Expect to dedicate 10-15 hours in 2 weeks where you'll be another part of the team. Come curious and eager to learn.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
You'll be asked to complete tasks that you'll actually be confronted with on a day to day. The final task is to prepare an agenda and lead a client call.
