It was a group interview of eight candidates. We were told that we were selected because we all had experience in such areas as social work or in working with senior citizens. Questions were asked and there was ample time for all to give their answers if they had something to offer. We were not rushed or pressured, and it was not intimidating at all. It was one of the more comfortable interviews I had experienced.
