There are four interviews: 1- HR representative who vets you meet their standards and culture 2- One with the team lead who will further dissect your experiences and fit for the role 3- You will be given a task to go through and then will present to a senior member to which you will work with frequently 4- Your hiring manager.

The interview process started with a 30 minutes phone interview. I got questions mostly about my background and my expectations. The second step was an online interview with a Sales Operations Analyst and finally, an interview with the Director of Operations. These two interviews were more like a conversation. They asked me different questions in which they suggested me several hypothetical work situations and I had to decide how to proceed.
