There's an initial phone screening and an online assessment. Once you pass the online assessment, you have to prepare a presentation that is two parts: a sales pitch and a case study. Since I was interviewing for an Account Executive role, I had to prepare a sales pitch basically selling Criteo retargeting solutions to a potential client. The case study presented a simple case of a fictional retailer and you have to do a little bit of easy math and come up with some numbers to present to this fictional business. During the interview, the case study was passed over, and the main focus was on the sales pitch. I was interviewed by two people, the person to be my manager and that person's senior manager. Every time you say something in your sales pitch that is weak or questionable, the senior manager challenged it, so you have to have a rebuttal prepared for it, just like you would when speaking with an actual client. The interview takes about an hour tops. You'll hear back on the results within a week.
