Perhaps I was the most unfortunate one. HR was not ready to book room for test, spent time to look for one. She provided only one pen for candidate for test, it ran out of ink in the middle of test. She cares nothing but to take me to another room for interview when I feedback to her for incomplete test. Supposedly 2 interviewers, turned up only one - Team leader, not the hiring manager. HR did not collects the official application form and interview room is an open-glass panel room next to an undergoing renovation room. Tremendous noise occurred and people walking around during the interview and it was distracted. Not sure is this the way this company welcome potential candidate.
