J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Crestron Electronics
Entretien
First interview with the HR rep and second interview with the director of the area.
Unfortunately, I did not get an offer; however, the HR rep "ghosted" me on calls and emails. Eventually, it appears, that they hired someone else - but they never gave me the "thanks but no thanks" letter. Very unprofessional.

HR manager was very condescending and did not ask questions pertaining to my experience and skill set. She openly criticized my age instead of asking professional questions that would test my experience and knowledge in applicable work situations.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Crestron Electronics (Cypress, CA) en avr. 2016

After two telephone interviews and a one-on-one interview with upper management, I was brought in to interview with their President. I was asked to wait in their "state-of-the-art" conference room, then proceeded to do a Skype call with their President, who was also in a conference room in New Jersey. We were both using webcams that could have been bought at Best Buy in these "state-of-the-art" conference rooms and the call buffered so bad that it dropped out twice during the interview. Just showed me that the company doesn't invest resources in it's people, or back up what it preaches.

Question 1
They asked me my age, religion, and really wanted to know a lot about my family life. Very awkward for an interview with the President of a large company.
