The interview process was rushed, process not clearly outlined, expectations were vague, felt like there was a lack of experience and consideration from the interviewee perspective. Younger company so expected to extent but definitely a red flag in comparison to previous experiences.

More product related questions rather than high level team/organizational info, goals, values etc.
it was really long (6 rounds), with interviews with SDR managers, and GTM team leaders. everyone was really great that I interviewed with, no issues whatsoever during the process time
