The first interview was VP R&D. it was quite simple and i was asked about my previous experience. I think that i made an impression and i was called for the final interview which consisted of a panel including VP R&D, VP HR, VP IE and Snr Deputy Manager. I was asked of my interests. Why i wanted this job. What i had done in the past. Any innovation or lust for learning. and Things like that as i dont remember much of that now.
