      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Credo Mobile en janv. 2018

      Entretien

Recruiter reached out to me, I went through four interviews (two over the phone, two on-site). I was asked to formally apply before the first on-site interview. First interview was in the morning, so I took a day off work to come in and speak to four people over three hours. Generally, the interviews felt pretty standard, asking questions about data I'd extrapolated from my current position and how I approached knowledge base management/customer support. After the first on-site, the recruiter followed up and said the folks I spoke to had been really impressed by my answers and wanted me to come in again. The last on-site was kind of strange: The person who set it up tried to change the time about a day before (not possible since I'd already arranged to take a half day at work and wasn't comfortable taking more off). She was the first exec I talked to in that session, and asked me a few questions that felt like invitations to badmouth my current and former companies (only reason I noticed this was because a friend had interviewed at Credo a year ago and mentioned inappropriate questions when I spoke to her about it). Questions included: What's one thing I'd change about my current company and what was it like when I left an old company for another job. She also talked a lot about financial benefits at the company, like 401K matching. The other people I spoke to seemed nice and again said they liked the data I cited. Following Monday, I received a generic email saying Credo made an offer to someone else and they'd accepted. "Thus, the position is now closed." No further feedback, which is kind of frustrating considering the amount of time I had to take to come in on multiple days (and speak to a total of seven people).
